Based on Vetech’s extensive experience with integration to PLC systems and building customer-specific solutions, we have developed solutions for several customers that could not be realized in a normal SCADA system.

Among other things, we have developed a batch/recipe system where operators use the intuitive user interface to put together recipes and create orders that are queued. When the orders are running in production, live data can be viewed in the user interface.

The solution involved a high demand for traceability and analysis of production data.

For the solution, we also developed a system for managing derived costs in terms of wear parts that can be directly attributed to production.
